DELIVERY
We are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible. Please note that our processing time typically ranges between 1-2 working days. Once your order is processed, delivery times will vary depending on your location:
- UK: 5-7 working days
- Europe: 6-8 working days
- USA: 8-12 working days
Please note:
- We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred upon delivery.
- We are NOT liable for parcels claimed as lost or stolen if marked DELIVERED by the carrier.
RETURNS
We currently do not offer free returns. This means that any return postage costs will need to be covered by the customer. Return requests must be initiated within 90 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition (including dust bags, tags, and unworn).
- If the item is received in any other condition, the return request will be denied, and the item will be sent back to you.
Please note:
- Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable, as these costs have already been incurred.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to request an exchange, you have 90 days from the date the item was received to initiate the process. The postage fee for returning the item to us will need to be paid by the customer and will not be refunded.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be returned in its original condition (including dust bags, tags, and unworn).
- Items that do not meet these conditions will have their exchange request denied and will be sent back to you.
